Serve as a Fractional CTO advising CEO and board on technology restructure and transformation. Assess and redesign a 12-person tech team across Singapore, Malaysia and China; define best practices, security posture, tech stack choices, and build a three-year technology roadmap. Lead restructuring to leverage outsourced teams for cost savings. Initial commitment 2-3 days/week, later monthly; six-month assignment. Prior manufacturing experience desirable. Spoken English and Mandarin required.
