Our client an established polymers manufacturing business in Singapore require a Fractional CTO to advise on the restructure and transformation of the technology team - currently 12 technologists across a business of circa 3000 employees with offices and factories in Singapore, Malaysia and China.
Ideally you will be an experienced CTO, able to act as the conduit to the CEO and board for all matters in tech.
You should be able to advise on best practice, security, tech stacks and will be expected to build a 3 year tech roadmap.
You will have experience of restructuring tech teams to utilize cost saving outsource teams.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Spoken English and Mandarin is a prerequisite for this role.
Initially 2-3 days per week followed by once a month. Initially as a 6 month assignment
