Provide finance operations support for Invoice-to-Pay and Invoice-to-Cash processes for Marketing. Manage payments, invoice management, month-end close, controls, forecasting models, system integrations (SAP, Aspect/Veslink), UAT, automation, and stakeholder reporting to enable commercial decision-making and ensure compliance.

Provide finance and administrative support to the Marketing team: onboard non-trade vendors, process PO and non-PO invoices, maintain records and registers, manage office supplies, coordinate travel and event logistics, schedule meetings, support onboarding and team events, and perform ad hoc duties to ensure smooth operations.
