Provide administrative and operational support to Marine HR: prepare reports and audit materials, analyze data for management reviews, support recruitment and logistics for vessel officers, manage awards and crew claims/medical cases, assist Marine HR Director and act as backup to Marine Personnel Officer in Singapore.

Responsible for safe, compliant, and cost-effective technical management of assigned vessels: oversee PMS and maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, plan dry-docks, ensure certifications and crewing, coordinate vendors, monitor performance and fuel consumption, support inspections and audits, and report to Fleet Management.
