Lead development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance for offshore mechanical equipment. Drive reliability engineering (RCA, RCM, FMECA), condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, lube oil), CMMS integration, failure analysis, vendor repair oversight, technical specification and tender review, contractor supervision, and continuous improvement to optimize asset performance and ensure safe offshore operations.

Perform material selection, metallurgical evaluation, testing, and failure analysis for oil & gas and refinery equipment. Review specifications, assess corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, prepare technical reports, and support inspection and integrity assessments to ensure quality, safety, and reliability.

Provide mechanical engineering support for blasting and painting operations at onshore oil & gas facilities. Assess materials and conditions, optimize processes, collaborate with T&I and inspection teams, maintain documentation, evaluate contractors, and ensure HSE compliance and corrosion protection to improve performance and reduce downtime.

Lead corrosion risk assessments and recommend prevention solutions (materials, coatings, cathodic protection). Develop monitoring and integrity management programs, analyze inspection data, ensure standards compliance, prepare technical reports, and coordinate with inspection, maintenance, and engineering teams in oil & gas/refinery assets.
