Lead development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance for offshore mechanical equipment. Drive reliability engineering (RCA, RCM, FMECA), condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, lube oil), CMMS integration, failure analysis, vendor repair oversight, technical specification and tender review, contractor supervision, and continuous improvement to optimize asset performance and ensure safe offshore operations.

Provide electrical engineering expertise for oil & gas facilities including design review, installation support, testing, maintenance, reliability optimization, failure analysis, compliance with codes and standards, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Manage and support IT infrastructure for office and site operations in oil & gas contracting: install/configure systems and hardware, maintain networks and IP phones, manage email and shared drives, deploy software, troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendors, and support cybersecurity compliance.
