Builds relationships with architecture and design firms, developers, project managers, corporate clients, distributors, and government agencies. Manages the sales pipeline from lead generation through closing, presents workplace solutions, expands existing accounts, monitors market and competitor activity, and supports strategic initiatives. Requires strong B2B sales, negotiation, stakeholder management, presentation, and business development skills.

Hunt, qualify and close new B2B business across assigned territory by targeting A&D firms, real estate, project managers, corporates and government. Build and manage a sales funnel, forecast 30-60-90 days, deliver product/project presentations, develop business and marketing plans, gather market intelligence, work with sales operations and A&D teams to close deals, and mentor/coach the BD team.
