Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager (Hush Pods) is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities to grow market share and revenue within the assigned territory. This role focuses on building strategic customer relationships, driving new business, and delivering workplace solutions that meet client needs.

A glimpse of your daily mission

· Drive new business development and expand Hushoffice's presence in the Singapore market.

· Build and maintain relationships with Architecture & Design (A&D) firms, developers, project managers, corporate clients, and government agencies.

· Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation through to deal closure.

· Deliver product presentations and solution-based proposals to customers and key decision-makers.

· Partner closely with distributors and internal teams to identify, develop, and win business opportunities.

· Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to support business growth.

· Contribute to strategic initiatives and support key business projects as required.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

· Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in office furniture, workplace solutions, interiors, construction, or related industries.

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and business development skills.

· Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
