Hunt, qualify and close new B2B business across assigned territory by targeting A&D firms, real estate, project managers, corporates and government. Build and manage a sales funnel, forecast 30-60-90 days, deliver product/project presentations, develop business and marketing plans, gather market intelligence, work with sales operations and A&D teams to close deals, and mentor/coach the BD team.

Lead and develop Haworth's sales team to meet revenue and profitability goals. Create and execute strategic sales plans, manage key customer and partner relationships, expand market presence and dealer network, oversee sales operations (pricing, contracts, orders), and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and sales effectiveness.
