Support implementation and monitoring of health, safety, security and environmental programs on construction and operational sites. Conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, develop HSSE documentation, and recommend continuous improvement actions to enhance safety and operational efficiency.

Lead project planning and scheduling activities including WBS/CBS development, integrated master schedules, critical path and schedule risk analysis, progress measurement, change impact assessment, and reporting. Ensure contractor schedule integration, QA of schedule inputs, produce status reports and propose corrective actions to mitigate delays.

Manage full project lifecycle for MEP works including electrical, HVAC, fire alarm, plumbing and firefighting. Support technical design, review specifications, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, supervise onsite construction, control costs and schedules, negotiate variations, and ensure compliance with sustainability/LEED and client requirements.

Manage on-site electrical project delivery including HT (220kV) to LV systems. Coordinate vendors, implement approved electrical design, oversee installation, commissioning, bill certification, and handover. Ensure documentation and site tracking for MEP scope in industrial projects.

Manage multi-modal transport of equipment and materials from manufacture to construction sites. Provide freight cost estimates, develop routing guides and traffic instructions, coordinate customs clearance, negotiate specialized carrier agreements, support special on-site movements, and handle claims and supplier transportation evaluations to ensure cost-effective, timely logistics for energy projects.

Lead end-to-end project management for construction and logistics projects (typical value Rs5–10cr). Responsibilities include design management, consultant appointments, commercial/budget control, team and risk management, and coordination with site teams to meet time, cost and quality objectives.

Lead regional implementation and adoption of Microsoft D365 across operational areas, liaise with deployment teams and stakeholders, drive change management, ensure data validation, and build a network of regional change champions for continuous improvement.

Lead execution of construction and workplace projects ensuring quality, cost, safety, compliance, and schedule. Coordinate clients, contractors, consultants, and site teams; manage master and short-term programmes, procurement for consultants, inspections, reporting, and documentation. Mentor junior staff, run stakeholder meetings, resolve issues, and produce project reports using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

Provide HR operations support across the Asia region, including onboarding, employment letters, benefits registration, employee records (P-files), background checks, visa support, payroll instruction preparation, probation and contract management, employee inquiries, and process improvements while partnering with business leaders.
