Leads APAC food ingredient marketing, including team leadership, strategic positioning, customer and market analysis, new product development, product launches, portfolio management, and brand promotion. Collaborates with R&D, applications, supply chain, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities and bring products to market. The role is fully onsite in Singapore and includes occasional international travel within APAC.
