Requires strong banking and investment product knowledge, communication, decision-making skills, relevant financial industry experience, and multiple CMFAS certifications.

Drive mortgage asset and liability growth by acquiring new customers through branches, tele-consulting, referrals, and partner networks. Build relationships with real estate agencies, developers, solicitors, and high-net-worth prospects. Advise customers on mortgage products, provide pre- and post-sales service, achieve sales targets, cross-sell banking products, and ensure compliant documentation and advisory practices.

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth Mass Market Premier clients through relationship building, prospecting, financial needs analysis, tailored product and investment recommendations, and meeting sales targets while ensuring compliance and collaborating with internal specialists.
