Lead risk, legal and compliance functions: develop frameworks, identify and mitigate risks, advise management and board, manage regulatory interactions (MAS), oversee policies, and ensure AML/CFT and data privacy compliance.

Manage and execute day-to-day Treasury trade processing and settlements, ensuring accuracy, strong controls, timely escalation and resolution of operational issues. Support projects (UAT, BCP, process improvements), audits and compliance by preparing reports and MIS. Maintain operational manuals, respond to queries professionally, and foster team collaboration while upholding cash-handling policies and high customer service standards.
