Develops risk dashboards and reports, applies data analytics to identify trends and control weaknesses, supports business continuity and resilience, and leads process improvement and transformation initiatives. Partners with stakeholders to promote a strong risk and control culture and presents risk insights to management.

Leads regional Payment Operations transformation, service excellence, and AI-enabled digital initiatives. Drives predictive analytics, automation, workflow digitization, and scalable technology solutions using Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, APIs, and Generative AI. Oversees projects from business case through implementation, benefits realization, governance, operational readiness, and regional rollout. Partners across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, vendors, payment networks, and country teams to improve productivity, resilience, controls, quality, and client outcomes.

Confirm treasury-product trades are accurately confirmed with counterparties and clients, investigate and resolve discrepancies, draft confirmations, manage escalations, and maintain stakeholder relationships. The role also supports process automation, UAT, projects, operational risk compliance, procedures, training, and continuous improvement. Weekend and public-holiday work may be required, and the position is fully office-based in Tampines.

Support markets trade control activities by validating and correctly booking trades, resolving discrepancies, managing queries and escalations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role contributes to process improvements, automation, projects, UAT, operational risk and regulatory compliance, as well as team procedures, training, and coaching. Weekend and public holiday work may be required. This is a fully on-site position in Tampines.
