Support day-to-day operations for Trust's managed and self-directed investment products, including settlements, withdrawals, books and records reconciliation, account and trade inquiries, complaints handling, regulatory reporting support, vendor management, process documentation, and training for stakeholders to maintain governance and operational excellence.
