As a Bancassurance Sales Specialist you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high quality products for our customers.


Job Description

As a Bancassurance Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our bancassurance channel by managing relationships with bank clients and promoting our comprehensive suite of insurance products. You will work closely with the bank partner to create tailored solutions that meet the financial and insurance needs of their customers, leveraging your strong expertise in insurance and sales to drive results. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about financial services and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 The Role Responsibility:
  • Sales & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank clients, driving sales of insurance products through proactive outreach and regular follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct customer needs analysis to identify gaps and ensure that customer needs are met with insurance solutions that align with their financial goals.
  • Product Knowledge & Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert on a wide range of insurance products, providing valuable and accurate financial advice and guidance to existing bank partner’s customers. Stay up to date with the latest product offerings and market trends to effectively promote solutions that deliver optimal value.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the bancassurance channel through effective networking, prospecting, and leveraging existing relationships with bank partners. Build a pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the bancassurance division. Use data and analytics to monitor performance and continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to all regulatory requirements, business processes and company policies, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.
 

Our Ideal Candidate:


  • We’re looking for individuals with a background in financial services, sales, or client advisory roles. What matters most is your ability to build strong client relationships and deliver results — qualities that drive success and make a real impact within our team.
  • A diploma (local polytechnic or equivalent) or degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is
  • Relevant certifications (i.e., CMFAS modules such as M5, M9, M9A, HI, BCP, PGI) will be advantageous
  • Strong track record of success in sales, with a focus on achieving business growth through the bancassurance channel.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, including life, health, and general
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for growth within the bancassurance channel.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented
