Conduct needs analysis, create storyboards, modules, assessments and LMS-ready assets using Articulate 360, Docebo and AI authoring tools. Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, manage reviews/version control, evaluate learner feedback and analytics, and continuously improve learning solutions.

Lead and grow the Roads & Highways business across Southeast Asia & Pacific. Provide operational and technical leadership, client relationship and business development, project governance, tender/proposal leadership, and people management to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of large multidisciplinary road and structure projects.
