The Principal Analyst Cost Accounting will manage financial controls, conduct audits, oversee month-end closes, and ensure inventory accuracy through reconciliation and reporting.

Lead process qualification, stability, and continuous improvement for etch processes. Support production ramps, establish SOP/CAS/FMEA, apply SPC and DOE, drive CIP projects, align BKM across regions, train and lead small teams to meet production and quality goals.

Supports semiconductor manufacturing by resolving process integration and yield issues, analyzing data, developing customer-specific processes, improving test structures, characterizing defects, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally on technology development and manufacturing performance.

Leads production planning and end-to-end supply chain execution across a global semiconductor manufacturing network. Balances demand, capacity, materials, cycle times, inventory, and customer commitments to maximize revenue and delivery performance. Coordinates manufacturing, procurement, planning, sales, logistics, and business teams; manages risks, escalations, and executive reviews. Uses Excel, Power BI, Python, automation, and advanced analytics to improve planning workflows and decision-making.

Develops and integrates high-voltage BCD semiconductor processes and devices. Responsibilities include executing engineering splits, testing devices, generating reports, investigating process and reliability issues, managing development lots, supporting high-voltage test structure layout, and optimizing devices. Requires collaboration with failure analysis and reliability teams, plus knowledge of CMOS and high-voltage process schemes, device physics, and design of experiments.

Supports semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment for diffusion, implant, wet, and metrology processes. Performs preventive maintenance, breakdown diagnosis, troubleshooting, repairs, equipment installation and commissioning, SPC data review, and reliability improvement projects. The role also supports daily DIW PAT line activities and requires adherence to cleanroom, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Candidates must work rotating 12-hour shifts and have electrical, electronic, or mechanical training with at least two years of electronic production experience.

Provides engineering support for semiconductor manufacturing operations, including oversight of production activities, automated assembly tool support, capacity modeling, and improvements to manufacturing efficiency, quality, productivity, cycle time, throughput, prototype success, and shipment performance. Ensures safe work practices and compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security programs.

Maintains and supports lithography equipment readiness through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, technical chart analysis, and downtime reduction. Drives equipment improvement plans and projects while following safety, environmental, health, and security requirements. Requires an engineering or manufacturing degree, strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency with production planning tools and Microsoft Office, and effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
