Introduction 

In this role, you will develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes to meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards. You will create and review technical documentation, establish SOPs and FMEA, and integrate equipment and material capabilities to support process and technology needs. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will assess product requirements, contribute to cost and schedule planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance.

Responsibilities 

  • Develops and modifies process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.

  • Create, analyze, and review technical charts to support process characterization, data interpretation, and performance tracking.

  • Develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to ensure products meet quality and reliability standards.

  • Establish SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and conduct FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to build robust, well‑documented, and risk‑mitigated processes.

  • Review product development requirements to assess compatibility with existing or proposed processing methods, including cost, resource needs, and production schedule implications.

  • Integrate equipment and material capabilities to align process modules with technology specifications, ensuring scalability and manufacturability.

  • Drive CIP (Continuous Improvement Plans) to enhance process performance indices.

  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver organizational and project goals.

  • Perform all activities safely and responsibly, supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

  • Work and collaborate on additional projects or assignments as required.

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

  • Experience related to process engineering or manufacturing.

  • Fundamental understanding of process development, optimization, and quality control concepts.

  • Basic knowledge of SOP creation, FMEA principles, or other quality/risk‑management frameworks.

  • Ability to analyze data, interpret technical charts, and use basic engineering/analytical tools.

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills with attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across functions.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, learn quickly, and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

  • Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to Environmental, Health, Safety & Security standards.
