Provide first-line CIM system support in a wafer fab: monitor systems and servers, perform recoveries per SOP, install and administer terminal servers and Fab PCs, assist with tool link-ups and acceptance testing, log issues and handle work requests, maintain accounts, run 12-hour shifts with clear passdown, and comply with cleanroom and EHS standards.
