Analyze inline defect data using inspection and SEM review tools, troubleshoot affected process equipment, disposition inspected lots, and place out-of-control lots on hold. Support yield engineering, process integration, and technology development teams with defect analysis. Monitor scan maps and SPC charts, manage WIP control, and create inspection recipes for Rudolph and KLA tools. The role requires rotating 12-hour shifts in a semiconductor fabrication environment.

Develops and maintains semiconductor fab real-time dispatching rules, automation workflows, and integrations with material handling, robotics, and manufacturing systems. Responsibilities include optimizing production models, maintaining system availability, administering and tuning applications, troubleshooting engineering applications, supporting infrastructure upgrades, and coordinating with cross-functional manufacturing, engineering, planning, and IT teams.

Supports semiconductor production through process qualification, troubleshooting, statistical process monitoring, process improvement, quality audits, and production-area safety. The role works rotating 12-hour shifts, coordinates with specialists, minimizes lot holds, follows SOPs, and assists engineers with fine-tuning manufacturing processes and improving module productivity and output quality.
