Support 300mm silicon wafer production on 12-hour shifts by assisting process qualification, troubleshooting process issues, using SPC to monitor and improve processes, establishing SOPs/FMEA, driving continuous improvement projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting EHS and QA activities.
