Responsible for process integration and yield improvement for assigned modules in a 300mm fab. Define and optimize process flows, lead defect and yield troubleshooting using inline and electrical data, support customer performance requests, drive cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement, develop process solutions, and document failure modes and mitigations.

The role involves managing photolithography processes, ensuring tool performance, supporting capacity expansion, and driving process improvement to enhance yield and efficiency.

The Senior Engineer will conduct electrical failure analysis using various tools, support yield enhancement activities, document procedures, mentor others, and ensure equipment maintenance.
