The Engineer will work on process integration, yield optimization, troubleshooting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance device performance.

Sustain and improve wafer process controls and SPC to meet quality, cost, and productivity targets. Analyze SPC/ESPC charts, run DOE and yield analyses using JMP and Klarity ACE, manage recipe and equipment qualification, lead improvement projects, coach junior engineers, and drive cross-functional efforts to resolve yield and process issues.

The role involves developing and modifying process formulations, establishing SOPs, and driving continuous improvement plans in a semiconductor environment.

Integrate new processes in semiconductor development, qualification, and technology release. Collaborate with teams to qualify processes and resolve yield issues.

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of lithography equipment, ensuring readiness. Drive improvement plans, monitor technical charts, and ensure safety practices are followed.

Maintain and support equipment readiness through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades while ensuring safety and collaboration on various projects.

Support and improve wafer process control and yield: analyze SPC/ESPC charts, run DOE and JMP analyses, upload/check recipes, lead process improvements, qualify new processes/equipment, coach junior engineers, and drive cross-functional yield reduction and documentation to quality standards.

Provide engineering support for semiconductor process operations, oversee production activities to meet cycle time/throughput/shipment goals, support automated assembly tools and capacity modeling, drive manufacturing efficiency and quality improvements, apply problem‑solving methods (data analysis, root cause, SPC), and collaborate with fab stakeholders while following EHS requirements.

Responsible for process integration and yield improvement for assigned modules in a 300mm fab. Define and optimize process flows, lead defect and yield troubleshooting using inline and electrical data, support customer performance requests, drive cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement, develop process solutions, and document failure modes and mitigations.
