Support automated assembly tools and capacity modeling, drive efficiency, quality, and productivity improvements, and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security programs while collaborating on projects.

Support 12-hour production shifts to run etch tools, troubleshoot process issues, assist engineers with process qualification and improvements, use SPC/statistics, follow SOPs, participate in QIT and QA audits, and maintain safety and housekeeping in the module.

Lead identification and resolution of process integration and yield issues in a 300mm fab. Drive process development, module characterization, test-structure design, defect fingerprinting, CIP initiatives, and cross-functional efforts to improve yield and document failure modes.
