Provide first- and second-line technical support, deploy and maintain end-user devices, administer user accounts, monitor backups and systems, assist with asset management and procurement, coordinate with global IT teams, support conferencing/telephony, and participate in upgrades and IT projects while documenting procedures and ensuring policy compliance.

Provide technical support for ESET products, document issues, escalate problems, troubleshoot, and gather information for higher-level support based on customer requests.

Drive revenue growth across Singapore channel accounts by managing strategic partners, joint business planning, QBRs, pipeline and forecasting. Expand installed base, win new logos, strengthen competitive positioning, and farm reseller/MSP relationships.
