Responsible for managing and providing oversight for Enterprise laboratory-wide service programs, collaborating with sales teams, delivering integrated support services solutions, managing project plans and budgets, and leading customer inventory and asset tagging activities.

Lead the Overall Sourcing Plans for new product development, ensure cost optimization throughout the supply chain, conduct risk analysis on suppliers, participate in Make-or-Buy decisions, and work on partner alignment and manufacturing footprint considerations.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales consulting to benefit customers in various areas, manage end-to-end customer experience, resolve complex service issues, handle project management, and identify business opportunities. Requires 2+ years of relevant work experience, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, excellent communication skills in English and Korean, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
