As a TechOps Engineer I, you'll manage release processes, enhance upgrade adoption, execute SQL data operations, and improve internal reporting practices.

Provide senior-level product support for a .NET application on Azure: diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client issues end-to-end; perform proactive monitoring, validate infrastructure changes, participate in incident response, and collaborate with Engineering and TechOps to improve stability and reduce recurring problems.
