Lead QA for ServiceNow platform enhancements: design and execute functional, integration, regression and ATF automation tests; validate releases, track defects, support deployments, and promote QA best practices within Agile teams.

Plans and executes internal and external meetings, events, and trade shows. Manages event logistics (venues, catering, transportation, A/V), vendor selection and negotiation, budgets, calendars, invitations, promotional materials, and ensures events align with brand and business objectives.

Support and enhance Salesforce-based applications across multiple clouds (eComm, Marketing, Health Cloud). Develop technical solutions, maintain and configure applications, collaborate with business stakeholders, and work on complex projects while mentoring junior staff.

Manage and maintain IT portfolio artifacts and funding using PlanView, ServiceNow, and SAP. Support portfolio forecasting, change requests, capital allocation, blocked labor reporting, and leadership materials. Drive portfolio operations, intake security/facility projects, and fulfill ad hoc data requests while contributing to strategic financial and annual planning.

Manage requests for new ServiceNow reports and dashboards, resolve dashboard/reporting incidents, train users on dashboards, build executive KPIs and scorecards, engage stakeholders to gather requirements, and apply AI/Generative AI for reporting automation and insights.

Design and produce labeling artwork and packaging layouts that support brand and identity systems. Collaborate with proofreading, labeling, and cross-functional teams, follow established guidelines and processes, and deliver high-quality work on schedule while communicating status to leadership and partners.

Lead end-to-end process mapping and analysis using BPMN and process/task-mining tools to identify inefficiencies, create As-Is/To-Be documentation, define BRDs, model future-state scenarios, and drive cross-functional implementation with executive reporting.
