Develop representations, architectures, self-supervised objectives, distributed training systems, fine-tuning methods, and evaluation protocols for alpha generation, pricing, execution, market making, and risk management. Study scaling laws, transfer learning, robustness, data efficiency, inference cost, and latency while collaborating with infrastructure engineers to build reusable model-training and serving components.

Leads end-to-end regulatory and industry assessments of the firm's technology control environment. Evaluates cybersecurity, data governance, IT resilience, third-party risk, and change management controls against standards including CRI Profile, ISO 27001, Swift CSP, CHAPS CRM, HKMA CRAF, and Japan CSSA. Partners with audit, compliance, risk, technology, and business teams to identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, recommend remediation, standardize assessment practices, and improve audit readiness. Mentors junior staff and drives consistent assessment methodologies across APAC.

Leads software engineering within an agile Asset and Wealth Management technology team. Designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots, and reviews secure, scalable Java applications. Drives production stability, automation, CI/CD, resiliency, and responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools. Coaches engineers on validating AI outputs and secure practices, and evaluates vendor and architectural solutions. Requires cloud-native experience, financial services IT knowledge, and expertise with Java and Spring Boot; AWS and Terraform experience is preferred.
