The Senior Member of Technical Staff leads CMP process development for NAND technology, driving execution across teams, resolving complex issues, and mentoring engineers.

Plan, schedule, and implement new tool installations, relocations, and chamber retrofits. Develop and own equipment maintenance procedures and preventative schedules. Collaborate with process owners and vendors to improve equipment performance, uptime, and cost reduction, and report on improvements. Maintain QMS components and integrate AI-assisted tools to drive continuous improvement.

Assist in developing scopes for outsourced services, support budget estimations, supervise contractors, ensure safety standards, and complete learning items timely.

Develop and deploy AI/ML and analytics solutions for Facilities Mechanical systems (HVAC, chillers, boilers, CDA, cleanroom air). Build predictive maintenance models, dashboards, digital twins, and automation to improve reliability, energy efficiency, and operational decision-making. Collaborate with controls, IT, and operations to integrate SCADA/BMS/PLC data, ensure data quality and governance, and drive digitalization of maintenance workflows while supporting change management in a 24/7 fab environment.

Own end-to-end performance and power readiness for Data Center SSD programs, perform deep performance analysis and root-cause debug, coordinate cross-functional mitigations, plan test infrastructure, integrate AI-assisted tools, and drive process and continuous improvement to meet program goals.

Develop machine learning, simulation, and optimization models to analyze manufacturing, equipment, and process data. Build scalable analytics products, dashboards, and automated workflows. Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to improve equipment efficiency, factory productivity, and drive operational excellence through data-driven insights and recommendations.

The role involves providing support to facility teams, ensuring application functionality, maintaining governance standards, training, and handling data integrity and reporting.

Perform electrical and physical failure analysis of semiconductor devices using advanced FA tools (FIB, SEM, EDX, X-ray, micro-prober). Analyze test data with Bash/Python in Unix, identify failure mechanisms, drive corrective actions with product and process teams, develop FA techniques and automation, maintain lab safety and +6S standards, prepare FA reports, mentor technicians, and use AI-enabled tools to accelerate investigations and improve workflows.

Operate FIB and TEM for TEM sample preparation and device analysis on night shift; prepare high-quality samples, communicate with customers, innovate and improve FIB/TEM techniques, maintain lab procedures and safety, and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Plan, supervise, and execute manufacturing tool installations and cleanroom utilities hookups. Coordinate contractors, review hookup drawings, manage schedules, budgets, and databases, perform root-cause analysis, lead continuous improvement, and ensure EHS compliance for tool-install and maintenance activities.
