Engineer Test Solutions will develop and maintain test programs for Micron SSD products, optimizing processes, automating tasks, and enhancing quality while collaborating with various teams.

Develop and execute reliability test flows and qualification plans for HBM products, drive DPM reduction, root-cause failure analysis (EFA/PFA), recommend process conversions for HVM, manage risk and cross-functional collaboration, mentor team members, and make technical decisions to improve yield, quality, and reliability.

Perform die-level electrical failure analysis for NAND products to identify root causes and drive yield, reliability, and quality improvements. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot production interruptions, design and lead mechanical projects, track capacity, maintain maintenance records, drive energy savings and sustainability projects, and integrate smart/AI tools to improve reliability and efficiency.

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end production AI applications for smart manufacturing: data pipelines, model training/inference, APIs, web/mobile front-ends, digital twins, robotics integration, containerized edge/cloud deployments, GPU inference optimization, Responsible AI, and 3D simulation validation.

Design and implement advanced smart manufacturing solutions in scheduling, mathematical optimization, and discrete event simulation. Build data analytics and applications to provide actionable insights, collaborate globally to deploy solutions across manufacturing sites, and integrate AI/OR hybrid methods to improve production performance and benchmarking.
