Implement and maintain Fab10 EHS programs including audits, inspections, incident investigations, training, metrics reporting, and ISO/internal audit support. Recommend corrective actions, liaise on compliance, and integrate AI-assisted tools to improve EHS processes.

Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot production interruptions, design and lead mechanical projects, track capacity, maintain maintenance records, drive energy savings and sustainability projects, and integrate smart/AI tools to improve reliability and efficiency.

Perform system-level failure analysis of returned non-volatile memory products (SSDs, Managed NAND). Analyze logs, test data, and device behavior to identify root causes across firmware, NAND, controller, or system interactions. Design/execute experiments, verify corrective actions, write FA reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve RMAs.

Own probe strategy and silicon learning from pre-silicon staging through first-silicon bring-up to HVM. Define probe coverage, limits, guard-bands, and test flows; drive yield, quality, and test-cost outcomes. Collaborate with Design, DFT, DV, Process Integration, Backend Test, and Reliability. Perform device characterization, failure analysis, and data-driven optimization using analytics and AI to enable manufacturable, scalable probe solutions.

Lead integration strategies for semiconductor modules, develop analysis frameworks, ensure process uniformity, and drive technical alignment across global projects. Requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in fabricating semiconductor processes.

Lead and execute HR transformation projects across PROX/GPSS by managing multiple workstreams, assessing and simplifying processes, identifying AI and automation use cases, driving pilots and adoption, measuring productivity and business impact, and guiding stakeholders and transformation resources to deliver scalable, digital-first people services.
