Lead cross-functional projects to develop Smart Manufacturing solutions using AI/ML and BI to improve wafer output, run rate, equipment uptime, and process harmonization. Gather requirements, prepare data, collaborate with data scientists to build models, develop user-facing applications, integrate with systems, scale global solutions, and measure performance improvements.

Responsible for semiconductor process start-up, development, optimization, and equipment parameterization to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time. Diagnose and resolve complex process issues using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, SPC and DOE, run evaluations and qualifications for new equipment/materials, and integrate AI-assisted tools to drive continuous improvement and productivity gains.

Leads cross-functional Front-End Cost Excellence and Max Out programs, defining scope, governance, methodologies, dependencies, risks, milestones, and performance targets. Partners with stakeholders and senior leaders to drive alignment, productivity improvements, continuous improvement, and timely communication of priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes. Uses AI and subject-matter expertise to support execution.

Design and deploy advanced process control, automation, and analytics solutions for semiconductor manufacturing. Collaborate with process teams to apply statistical analysis and machine learning, maintain global control applications, develop training, and integrate AI-assisted tools to improve yield, quality, and efficiency.

The role focuses on quality monitoring and risk management using data analytics in semiconductor manufacturing, supporting new product introduction and process improvement.
