Lead design and delivery of station rejuvenation projects across the MRT network. Manage consultants, oversee civil/structural design development, secure approvals, safeguard corridors, control budget and schedule, evaluate tenders, and coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders to reduce congestion, improve accessibility, and modernize ageing stations from concept through implementation.
