Lead and manage power-supply contractors for transit infrastructure projects (preferably underground MRT). Ensure safety, quality, schedule and contractor performance; assist Senior Project Manager with cashflows, instructions, variations/payments/claims; coordinate with project teams, designers, architects and the Railway Operator. May require night, weekend and public-holiday works and medical/assessment checks during shortlisting.

Oversee all aspects of track construction including locomotive planning and scheduling at depot and mainline.

Lead and manage delivery of rail control systems (SCS/ISCS/MMS/AMS) for new and existing MRT lines: oversee design review, contractor management, testing and commissioning, risk and cashflow support, and coordination with stakeholders and railway operators. Ensure safety, quality, and project progress; assist Project Manager with variations, payments and claims.

Support engineers and managers in documentation, design review, installation supervision, testing and commissioning of signalling and platform screen door systems (including CBTC/ATC/ATO/ATP/CBI/DCS) for new and existing MRT lines. Coordinate safety, quality, progress, environmental impact, and stakeholder interfaces to ensure system integration without affecting railway operations.

Design, develop and roll out geospatial AI-centric MVPs and digital products. Work full-stack on frontend and backend, implement and fine-tune ML/GenAI/LLM models, use cloud and DevSecOps practices, collaborate with stakeholders in cross-functional teams.

Lead and manage electrical and mechanical building-services contractors for underground MRT station construction. Oversee safety, quality, progress, contract cashflows, variations/payments/claims, and coordinate with project teams, designers, civil contractors, stakeholders and the railway operator.

Lead month-end close, management reporting and external audit liaison. Partner with internal stakeholders on budgeting, GST/IRAS compliance, financial operations and resource management. Prepare/review financial schedules, submit government returns, support system enhancements, and drive process improvements and ad-hoc finance projects.
