Manage site-based MEP works for a data center: monitor contractor progress, conduct quality checks and inspections, manage submittals/RFIs/shop drawings, prepare reports, maintain risk and issue logs, coordinate with hotel operations, facilitate meetings, and support stakeholder communication and decision-making for the Project Lead.

Oversee Primavera P6 scheduling, technical and construction governance, procurement/logistics reviews, progress monitoring and reporting, contract administration (variations, claims, payment certification), risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure technical, commercial, and contractual compliance.
