Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions for clients. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, documentation, training, post-go-live support, and continuous enhancements. Participate in client proof-of-concepts, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, document designs, deliver knowledge transfer, and support go-live stabilization.

Develop and maintain end-to-end Xceptor data automation and integration solutions for banking and capital markets workflows. Configure MessageHub channels, Mail integrations, and REST/SOAP APIs; build parsing, routing, transformation, reconciliation, validation, and exception-handling rules; integrate financial platforms; troubleshoot production workflows; optimize performance; and collaborate with architects, analysts, and market specialists.

Designs and delivers end-to-end Salesforce solutions, leading requirements gathering, functional and technical architecture, integrations, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and issue resolution. Provides guidance to developers and delivery teams while supporting Salesforce presales activities, including discovery, solution approaches, estimation, proposals, and client presentations. Works independently with business and technical stakeholders and must have strong expertise across Salesforce clouds, APIs, middleware, data architecture, Apex, and OmniStudio.

The consultant will also advise clients on SAP best practices, product updates, and optimization opportunities.
