Provide L2/L3 production support for mission-critical banking applications. Monitor application health, batch jobs, file transfers and interfaces; triage incidents, perform RCA, escalate to teams, support EOD/batch activities, DR exercises, system maintenance, and continuous improvement of monitoring and automation. Oversee governance and operational coordination of Product Programme processes. Develop automation solutions, manage operational tasks, and ensure compliance and efficiency in new product implementation.
