Responsibilities include creating and validating records, performing maker-checker controls, investigating exceptions, maintaining audit trails, supporting data-quality reviews, and coordinating with Markets, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and external providers. Process and monitor cash and securities settlements for markets products, ensuring accurate and timely completion within cut-off, liquidity, sanctions, and control requirements. Manage credit risk for sovereign, bank, and non-bank financial institution portfolios. Collaborate with Global Markets, Trade Finance, Financial Institutions, and Counterparty Credit Risk teams to structure risk-mitigating facilities. Negotiate credit terms in loan agreements and derivatives documentation, including ISDA, CSA, GMRA, and GMSLA agreements.

Leads learning and workforce transformation initiatives for the Technology business unit. Partners with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps, design skills-based learning pathways, drive AI-enabled learning and productivity programs, measure business impact, and support digital adoption.
