Originate and manage relationships with Web3 and digital asset firms, lead end-to-end client onboarding, conduct KYC/AML due diligence, escalate and mitigate financial crime and regulatory risks, coordinate with internal stakeholders, promote bank products, and contribute to development of onboarding frameworks and policies for digital asset clients.

Perform post-transaction sales compliance reviews against MAS Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and bank policies; monitor BSC results, identify root causes, remediate lapses, handle investment sales complaints, train staff on safeguards and BSC, stay current on regulations, and automate audit workflows using RPA and Gen AI.

Formulate investment strategies with Investment Advisors, support Relationship Managers in portfolio management, generate and promote product and trading ideas across asset classes, create investment proposals, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Lead end-to-end delivery and operation of a suite of banking application platforms: prioritize roadmap with Business, govern architecture and design, ensure production stability and incident management, manage platform risk and budget, drive cost and resource optimisation, and lead and develop program teams across regions to deliver secure, scalable digital capabilities.

Lead the bank's consumer loyalty strategy and One Loyalty System business priorities. Own programme economics, funding, liabilities, partner negotiations, data-led campaigns, governance, and cross-functional delivery while developing a high-performing team and driving customer engagement and redemption.
