Lead design and implementation of a scalable Quality Management System across hardware, software, CM and NPI. Build and manage a QA team, reduce RMAs through CAPA and failure analysis, implement software QA and release governance in the SDLC, and prepare the organization for certification readiness (e.g., ISO9001). Partner cross-functionally and present quality metrics to executive leadership.

Design and operationalize a stage-gate NPI system; lead end-to-end execution across HW/SW/RF programs; establish governance, reporting, change control, and launch-readiness; build and hire the NPI team; partner with contract manufacturers to ensure smooth production ramps.
