Ensure security (OIDC, IAM, RBAC) and operational stability.

Lead design and build of an R&D Efficiency Platform to improve engineering delivery via CI/CD, DevSecOps, change management, AI-native pipeline automation, microservice governance, and cloud scalability.

Own product planning and roadmap for R&D Efficiency and Cloud Management platforms. Translate CI/CD, DevSecOps, change management, and multi-cloud pain points into product solutions. Design modules (CI/CD, change management, security gates, lifecycle multi-cloud resource management). Drive AI-native evolution (Agents/LLMs, pipeline self-healing, ChatOps). Collaborate with R&D, SRE, and Security to onboard systems and establish data-driven metrics (DORA, change success, MTTR, cloud utilization/cost) to optimize platform value.

Own QA and evaluation systems for multilingual AI agents: build evaluation gates, AI-driven localization testing, annotation/eval infrastructure, and feedback loops to auto-publish translations safely at scale. Lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, AI, linguists, and design to turn subjective quality into measurable, automatable systems.

Design, optimize, and operate middleware and distributed system architectures (microservice governance, RPC, messaging, and data middlewares). Select and implement middleware technologies, tune performance, ensure high availability and security, deploy and monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and introduce new technologies to improve team capabilities.
