As a Senior Product Designer at OKX, you will define and create innovative DeFi products, ensuring exceptional user experiences for a global base through collaboration and design expertise.

Lead the design systems and visual experience at OKX, shaping brand and product design, guiding global teams, and driving consistency in user interfaces across platforms.

Lead advanced analytics initiatives in compliance domains, translating regulatory requirements, mentoring staff, and ensuring quality and governance standards.

Lead and manage the frontend engineering team; oversee product development, technical execution, and cross-team collaboration in a crypto-focused environment.

Lead architecture and delivery of the Trading Bot and Copy Trading mobile codebase across Android and iOS. Build and maintain OKX's mobile apps (iOS/Android and cross-platform), ship scalable features for millions of users, optimize performance, collaborate with design/product/global teams, document systems, and incorporate AI tools into engineering workflows.

Lead discovery, roadmap, design, and scaling of global payment products (ACH, cards, wire, SEPA, FAST, PIX) for OKX. Own integrations with payment providers, manage risk, track KPIs, drive adoption, and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, legal, risk, marketing, support, finance).

Own and scale OKX's affiliate and KOL channels for EEA and other regulated markets. Build attribution, dashboards, and lifecycle tooling across mobile, web, and APIs. Drive data-driven partner quality scoring, ROI optimization, onboarding, campaign design, and cross-market execution to increase user acquisition and transaction volume.

Design, build, and optimize offline and real-time data pipelines and warehouses for product data. Lead end-to-end R&D for online product data pipelines, ensure timeliness and accuracy, perform Flink-based real-time processing and performance tuning, and enable business growth through data products and services.
