Manages APJ sales order processing and deal desk activities, ensuring compliance with regional tax and currency requirements. Coordinates quote-to-cash workflows, billing setup, software provisioning, contract reviews, CRM records, RFPs, and vendor risk assessments. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Provisioning teams, resolves order issues, improves processes, and trains sales staff on deal desk procedures.

Lead APJ revenue operations by partnering with sales leadership on forecasting, pipeline management, business reviews, capacity and headcount planning, quota design, territory strategy, organizational growth, CRM governance, and GTM process improvement. Serve as the regional liaison between APJ and global RevOps while aligning Finance, People, Sales, and Marketing. Support scalable operating models across multiple APJ markets and travel up to 30%.
