Lead regional partner sales for Ciena’s Global Connectivity Network business by developing demand and business plans, creating go-to-market models, advocating for customers, managing forecasts, coordinating sales teams, and expanding new and existing business. The role requires strong industry relationships, financial judgment, communication, competitive insight, and expertise in MOFN sales and optical networking technologies.

Lead regional FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, variance and scenario analysis. Partner with regional leaders, deliver reports and dashboards, drive process improvements and tooling, and coach finance team members to align financial goals with business objectives.
