Leads regional execution of global supplier strategy across South Asia, Korea, and Japan. Builds executive supplier relationships, grows sales and market share, executes business and go-to-market plans, monitors forecasts, coordinates regional goals with global supplier management, establishes performance reviews, and resolves supplier or internal escalations.

Lead and manage South Asia sales teams to drive profitability and growth. Set strategy, forecast, coach and develop staff, own customer and supplier relationships, execute field sales and supplier reviews, and deliver on sales targets and corporate initiatives.

Provide high-level administrative support to a Business Unit/Region President across APAC: manage calendar and travel, coordinate meetings and agendas, prepare presentations and correspondence, run staff meetings and reviews, manage projects and confidential records, screen calls and visitors, and liaise with regional and senior executive stakeholders.

Manage assigned sales territory for electronic components: develop strategic account plans, build supplier and customer relationships, sell Arrow offerings and value-added supply chain services, prepare and lead internal and customer QBRs, and use Salesforce/Oracle for sales tracking.

Manage a portfolio of ~100 mid-size accounts, drive revenue through solutions selling and strategic account plans, meet sales targets, provide quotes and ensure order delivery, partner with procurement and commodity teams for market intelligence and supply, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
