The Senior Manager, Strategic Client Procurement will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, focusing on vendor management, strategic sourcing, and continuous improvement to ensure operational excellence and strategic partnerships.

Manage accounts receivable and arrears processes, conduct GL reconciliations, coordinate legal actions and court hearings with law firms, consult with residents on arrears, prepare quarterly arrears reports, process refunds and GIRO transactions, handle void accounts for statutory bodies, and provide backup cashier and administration counter support.

Manage and run day-to-day office and administrative functions, plan and document Town Council and management meetings, supervise administrative staff, maintain records and minute repositories, oversee vendors/contracts and procurement for office needs, manage admin budget and OPEX tracking, lead office logistics (moves, facilities, security), ensure compliance with policies and audit readiness, and implement SOPs to improve administrative processes.

Lead client relationships in APAC, strategizing account plans, ensuring client satisfaction, mentoring teams, overseeing project delivery, and managing financials for sustainability and revenue growth.
