Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI applications and scalable DataOps/MLOps pipelines for avionics manufacturing. Build LLM/RAG/agent-based solutions, integrate enterprise and manufacturing systems, implement CI/CD and containerized deployments, ensure security/compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable operational improvements.

Define, author, and manage system and software requirements using INCOSE/ISO standards; maintain bidirectional traceability; run a digital requirements toolchain; author V&V strategy; design secure, resilient cloud architectures; translate non-functional needs into testable targets; collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and improve Thales processes.

The Experience Designer will conduct user research, create prototypes and visual storyboards, and collaborate on design solutions. Responsibilities also include facilitating design workshops and employing design thinking methodologies to enhance customer experience.

Support process engineering projects including repair-cost-reduction database setup, testing bench capacity analysis, testing data collection, and creating automated Power BI reports. Contribute to other process engineering initiatives while learning programming, advanced Excel, and data reporting skills.
