The Robotics & Automation Engineer assists in deploying and optimizing robotic automation, integrating with manufacturing, and supporting digital manufacturing solutions.

Participate in personalization delivery on production machines and develop recurrent banking product configurations. Conduct validation campaigns for banking configurations and build standalone or web tools for internal use. Collaborate with NPI engineers and follow the full software development lifecycle under mentorship.

Manage and maintain site security and compliance for card production and IT systems, achieve/maintain accreditations (PCI-CP, ISO standards), conduct audits, vulnerability scanning and remediation, review security configurations, perform risk assessments, support projects, run security awareness training, and manage physical, production and logical security operations.

Design, implement, validate and deploy embedded software components and operating systems for mobile and IoT devices (payments, digital identity). Work in agile teams with global partners, improve development methodology, and contribute to software security and connectivity protocol development.

Work with a team to design, develop, and validate desktop and mobile applications (core and UI) for secure identity documents. Build mobile demo apps for SDKs, test and improve UI/UX, integrate with Jenkins CI, and perform validation and assigned tasks while learning through coaching and feedback.

Work on prototyping and researching GenAI solutions (RAG, agentic AI, fine-tuning). Build PoCs, develop tools aligned to business use cases, experiment with open-source AI stacks and industrial AI services, and support prototype industrialization under supervisor mentorship.

Lead technology and architecture strategy for the AIR Lab, overseeing software, data, infrastructure and security. Drive governance, roadmaps, cross-team alignment, risk mitigation, mentoring, and external representation while supporting product and engineering delivery in air traffic management contexts.
