Provide technical leadership for strategic customers integrating Stripe. Drive end-to-end integration architecture and code-level debugging, advise clients, collaborate with Sales and Product, produce best practices, and support post-launch technical relationships.

Sell Stripe Connect to B2B software platforms across Southeast Asia. Own full sales cycle for upper-middle market and enterprise accounts, build C-level relationships, run technical product workshops and financial analyses, develop outbound strategies, and help create localized sales processes and assets.

Lead data-driven merchant discussions and develop payment optimization narratives, tools, and playbooks. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deploy analyses, train teams, and inform product roadmap for high-value merchants in Greater China and SEA.

Serve as a technical account manager for large enterprise customers in the GCN region—build trusted relationships, lead complex integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, advise on fraud/disputes/declines/product adoption/global expansion, collaborate cross-functionally, and create user-facing content and scalable operational solutions.

Lead and grow an engineering team building Stripe's global card payments systems. Set strategy, hire and mentor engineers, ensure reliability and scalability, manage processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to engineering-wide initiatives.
