Lead and scale the APAC Lifecycle Contracts Management team, owning contract lifecycle operations, compliance with local labor laws, process optimization, automation opportunities, cross-functional collaboration, hiring and development of regional staff, and serving as subject-matter expert and escalation point for contract management issues.

Provide immigration compliance and global mobility services across APAC: advise clients, manage visa/work-permit cases, maintain regulatory knowledge, control case and billing systems, handle escalations, support business travel and sponsorship cases, build stakeholder relationships, and improve processes through automation and documentation.

Manage complex international employee exits and provide first-level employee relations advice. Lead termination meetings, draft documentation, coordinate stakeholders, ensure legal compliance, mentor junior staff, and drive process automation and improvements across the offboarding lifecycle.

Lead and scale the APAC lifecycle contracts management team, own planning, implementation and SLAs, act as SME on contract and labor law issues, recruit/train and coach team members, optimize processes and automation, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and operational scale.

Manage complex, end-to-end offboarding across multiple jurisdictions, provide first-level employee relations support, lead difficult conversations and negotiations, draft termination documentation, coordinate stakeholders (payroll, legal, unions), drive process improvements, automation and AI initiatives, and mentor junior team members while ensuring legal compliance and excellent client service.
