Supports Current Product Engineering by improving product quality, delivery, and cost. Performs product failure analysis on warranty claims, plant returns, line pulls, and customer returns; investigates low test yields; identifies root causes; and supports continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Collaborates with other disciplines to resolve product issues. Requires rotating day and night shifts and overtime when needed.

Lead and perform failure analyses on automotive electronic products; develop and standardize FA methods; manage FA technicians and lab operations across elemental/metallurgical, non-destructive, thermal, and mechanical analyses; improve lab capabilities and collaborate with local and global teams and customers.
