As a Senior Managing Consultant, you will lead commercialization strategies, manage project portfolios, build market capabilities, and drive client relationships to deliver impactful solutions in the payments industry.

Supports Mastercard’s Agent Pay and AI innovation programs across Greater China by coordinating pilots, proofs of concept, prototypes, deployments, client engagements, ecosystem partnerships, and market adoption. Manages project plans, stakeholders, risks, milestones, governance, documentation, and performance metrics. Collaborates with product, engineering, innovation, sales, clients, fintechs, banks, and technology partners to develop AI-powered payment and commerce solutions while considering security, privacy, compliance, responsible AI, and risk.

Leads Mastercard’s Agent Pay product strategy, solution development, ecosystem partnerships, and commercialization across Greater China. Translates global AI and payment capabilities into locally relevant solutions; collaborates with issuers, merchants, fintechs, platforms, and technology partners; guides discovery, pilots, prototypes, and deployments; and influences cross-functional teams across product, engineering, security, risk, compliance, and legal. Drives market adoption, client engagement, strategic partnerships, and scalable AI-powered commerce initiatives.

Manage individual projects with minimal supervision: track metrics, perform complex analyses, prepare client/internal communications, develop practical recommendations, assist implementation, coordinate stakeholders, forecast effort and expenses, and lead meetings to drive measurable value.

Lead the design, prototyping, development, deployment, and integration of generative AI solutions, including LLMs and GANs. Provide hands-on technical leadership, guide software development practices, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and research teams, and explore emerging technologies such as multimodal AI, agent automation, and retrieval-augmented generation.

Lead regional account strategy and relationship management for a major bank across Asia Pacific. Drive multi-year account plans, revenue and volume growth, cross-functional program delivery, business cases for new opportunities, contract compliance, and quarterly/annual reviews to maximize Mastercard-branded volume and net income.

Lead regional commercialisation and deployment of AI-powered SME solutions across APAC. Act as APAC subject-matter expert on LLMs and agentic AI, translate customer needs into product requirements, run pilots and go-to-market strategies, and drive adoption through cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, sales, and partners.

Lead complex network initiatives, design and maintain multi-site, multi-vendor data center networks, troubleshoot application impacts, manage SLOs and disaster recovery, mentor junior staff, and support 24x7 global operations including incident response and automation for reliability and scale.

The role requires managing interchange strategies and implementing technical solutions within Mastercard's clearing platform, focusing on performance and scalability, and ensuring clear communication between business and technology groups.

Lead CAE product go-to-market and commercialization across SEA.
