Manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio across SEA & ANZ to drive adoption, retention and measurable outcomes. Lead onboarding, develop success plans, monitor customer health, deliver business reviews, surface growth opportunities and coordinate with Account, Product and Marketing teams to improve customer experience and renewals.

Serve as first point of contact for consumers, manage and resolve data and consumer rights cases within SLAs, investigate data enquiries, apply corrections, maintain documentation, and communicate service issues to stakeholders.

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing for conferences and events to meet KPIs. Measure and optimize campaign performance, support sales for space/sponsorship revenue, manage timelines and stakeholders, and use customer and competitor insights to grow attendees.
