Manage strategic client and intermediary relationships, negotiate profitable renewals, support service issue resolution, lead employee communication meetings, prepare customized claims analytics reports, organize broker training, and drive process improvements for experience-rated and portfolio-rated business.

Manage APAC cyber security operations: perform vulnerability assessments and remediation, support penetration testing, coordinate incident response, enforce security controls, produce security reporting, ensure regulatory compliance (MAS), and collaborate with GIS and stakeholders to reduce information risk.

Support the Chief Risk Officer to develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management framework for the Singapore branch. Drive risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting, oversee operational risk registers and remediation, prepare governance materials and dashboards, partner with control functions and regional teams, deliver risk training, and lead ERM improvement projects.
